Just joined this new gym as I was looking for a specific HYROX/hybrid gym to train at and it did not disappoint , the workouts are incredible as is the coaching, it’s a new exciting thing to be part of , the support for new people and experienced people is second to none , don’t be afraid , just do it and you’ll have no regrets.
2.5 months in, and loving every aspect of training at GRAFT. All trainers are fantastic, in particular Carly, as it’s mostly daytime I train. I didn’t know I needed GRAFT until I found it and now I’m hooked!! Carly is an incredible trainer who knows exactly how to push you while keeping you motivated. The gym vibe and community are unreal, supportive, energising, and just the right amount of challenge. They have a mix of classes so it isn’t just a Hyrox gym – it’s helped me fall back in love with training. If you’re thinking about joining or going to a trial class – DO IT! You won’t regret it!
I went for a trial class and felt very nervous. One message from Carly and a sixty minute class and I signed up! The coaching is clear and safe, the community is fun and supportive, the gym is so clean, excellent equipment and also with a shower and excellent coffee machine too (and occasional banana bread!). All this and much more at GRAFT.

I’m so grateful I’ve come across this place. Since joining GRAFT just over a month ago, I’ve turned from a complete couch potato into a gym enthusiast. The workouts are challenging, but completely doable at any fitness level (trust me, a month ago I was being short of breath after walking a flight of stairs).
